This Privacy Policy explains how Proknack ("Proknack," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit proknack.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us, such as by requesting a demo, submitting a contact form, booking a meeting, or messaging us on WhatsApp. It does not apply to data processed on behalf of customers within the Proknack certification and workforce management platform, which is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Proknack works with visitors, customers, and partners around the world. This Privacy Policy is designed to apply globally and includes specific sections addressing rights available under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), in addition to describing our general privacy practices for all visitors regardless of location.
